La Leche League International La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed. All mothers and pregnant women interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our free meetings or call our Leaders for breastfeeding help. We also provide health care professionals with continuing education opportunities and access to the latest research on lactation management.
La Leche League's book, The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding, is a comprehensive guide to nursing a baby. It
combines the latest medical research with the personal wisdom and experience of breastfeeding mothers.
